Hi and welcome, I am Taf.
I am a registered psychotherapist, EMDR clinician, and clinical social worker, conveniently located on Oxford Street in Bulimba. I support individuals navigating a wide range of experiences, including trauma, anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence, depression, grief, relationship and attachment patterns, cross-cultural challenges, work injury and workcover counselling and more.
Drawing on my background in Gestalt psychotherapy, EMDR and clinical social work, along with a decade of experience working in community and mental health services, corporate EAP wellbeing and training. I offer depth oriented, relational and trauma-informed approach to therapy.

Individual Therapy & Counselling
Book nowTherapy provides a confidential and non judgemental space to explore your challenges, reflect and better understand yourself, and explore ways of moving forward with greater awareness, capacity, confidence, and self-trust. Sessions are available in person, via Telehealth (video or phone), or outdoor ‘walk and talk’ sessions in nature - offered in the setting that best suits your needs.

EMDR
Book nowEMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a specialised trauma treatment that offers targeted support to the memories held in your mind and body, helping to reduce the emotional impact of trauma, anxiety, PTSD and more. It enables you to reprocess distressing events, challenge and replace negative beliefs, and integrate more positive, adaptive ways of thinking and feeling. Sessions are available face-to-face or online (video call).

WorkCover Counselling
A workplace injury can affect more than just your ability to work. It can impact your confidence, relationships, emotional wellbeing, sense of identity, and plans for the future.
Whether you are navigating a psychological injury, workplace stress, trauma, burnout, or adjusting to life following an injury, Work Cover Counselling provides a supportive space to explore your experience and support your recovery. If you have an approved WorkCover claim, sessions may be funded through WorkCover Queensland. Sessions are available in person or online (video call).

Professional Supervision & Mentoring
For new graduate social workers or counsellors seeking clinical supervision to strengthen both their client work and their own wellbeing. Here you'll have space to reflect on your practice, explore ethical dilemmas, and build on the quality of support you provide to clients while also caring for yourself as a practitioner.
